I am not a Savannah cat owner (yet), though I hope to be in 3 years' time. I'm currently going to school and trying to find a job (I'm only 18 at the moment) so I know I won't have time to care for more than the animals I already have.
I still live at home with my parents, for now - we have two dogs and four cats (Toby, Monster, Tigger, Six, Domino and Ishe). Of all of them, only Ishe will go with me when I move out, as she is my cat. Toby is our German Shepherd, he's 11 years old. Monster is my brother's Doberman, she is 11 months old. Six is permanently outside (she attacks everything if she is inside, and hisses and hisses.. despite wanting to keep her healthy and safe indoors), and she is a Russian blue. Domino is my mom's scaredy cat.. and Ishe (pronounced Izzy) is my dilute calico baby.
I love her to pieces! She's about a year old, and she's pretty much my "heart cat," as odd as that may sound.
Anyway, I'll post a few pics of her.. Just want to clarify I am not looking to get a Savannah until I have thoroughly done my research, graduated college (I'm going to school for court reporting), and moved out into my own home.. so it will be a while. ;)
